Please review our Return &amp; Refund Policy carefully before purchasing or booking any service.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"3935\" data-end=\"3961\"><strong data-start=\"3938\" data-end=\"3961\">1. Service Deposits<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3962\" data-end=\"4018\">All bookings require a <strong data-start=\"3985\" data-end=\"4015\">non-refundable 10% deposit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4019\" data-end=\"4219\">\n<li data-start=\"4019\" data-end=\"4112\">\n<p data-start=\"4021\" data-end=\"4112\">This deposit secures your appointment time and is applied toward your final service cost.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4113\" data-end=\"4219\">\n<p data-start=\"4115\" data-end=\"4219\"><strong data-start=\"4115\" data-end=\"4129\">No refunds<\/strong> will be issued for deposits under any circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"4221\" data-end=\"4246\"><strong data-start=\"4224\" data-end=\"4246\">2. Service Refunds<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4247\" data-end=\"4510\">Because our services are performed in person and based on time and expertise, <strong data-start=\"4325\" data-end=\"4386\">we do not issue refunds once a service has been completed<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"4387\" data-end=\"4390\" \/>If you experience any concerns, please notify your technician immediately so we can address the issue during your visit.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"4512\" data-end=\"4541\"><strong data-start=\"4515\" data-end=\"4541\">3. Rescheduling Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4542\" data-end=\"4681\">Clients may reschedule their appointment <strong data-start=\"4583\" data-end=\"4595\">one time<\/strong> without losing the deposit if done <strong data-start=\"4631\" data-end=\"4659\">at least 24 hours before<\/strong> the scheduled time.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4682\" data-end=\"4794\">\n<li data-start=\"4682\" data-end=\"4794\">\n<p data-start=\"4684\" data-end=\"4794\">Rescheduling with less than 24 hours\u2019 notice is treated as a cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"4796\" data-end=\"4821\"><strong data-start=\"4799\" data-end=\"4821\">4. Retail Products<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"4822\" data-end=\"4989\">\n<li data-start=\"4822\" data-end=\"4916\">\n<p data-start=\"4824\" data-end=\"4916\">Unopened and unused products may be returned within <strong data-start=\"4876\" data-end=\"4886\">7 days<\/strong> of purchase with a receipt.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4917\" data-end=\"4989\">\n<p data-start=\"4919\" data-end=\"4989\">Used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"4991\" data-end=\"5022\"><strong data-start=\"4994\" data-end=\"5022\">5. Gift Cards &amp; Packages<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"5023\" data-end=\"5180\">\n<li data-start=\"5023\" data-end=\"5094\">\n<p data-start=\"5025\" data-end=\"5094\">All gift cards and prepaid service packages are <strong data-start=\"5073\" data-end=\"5091\">non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"5095\" data-end=\"5180\">\n<p data-start=\"5097\" data-end=\"5180\">They may be transferred to another person with written approval from the purchaser.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"5182\" data-end=\"5205\"><strong data-start=\"5185\" data-end=\"5205\">6. Late Arrivals<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"5206\" data-end=\"5392\">Clients arriving more than <strong data-start=\"5233\" data-end=\"5252\">10 minutes late<\/strong> may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled at the discretion of the technician.<br data-start=\"5341\" data-end=\"5344\" \/>The deposit will not be refunded in these cases.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"5394\" data-end=\"5423\"><strong data-start=\"5397\" data-end=\"5423\">7.
