3. Appointment Booking & Deposit

To secure an appointment, clients are required to pay a non-refundable 10% deposit of the total service price at the time of booking.

• The deposit is applied toward the final amount due at the time of service.

• Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit payment is successfully processed.

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

Because a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your time slot, it compensates us for any schedule disruption.

• Cancellations: The 10% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

• Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment once at least 24 hours in advance without losing the deposit.

• Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice or failing to attend your appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require a new deposit for future bookings.

5. Payments

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All prices listed on the website are subject to applicable taxes.

6. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards and promotional offers are non-refundable and may be subject to additional terms. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

7. Client Responsibility
