At South Beach Waxing, we strive to provide a high-quality experience for every client. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before purchasing or booking any service.

1. Service Deposits

All bookings require a non-refundable 10% deposit.

• This deposit secures your appointment time and is applied toward your final service cost.

• No refunds will be issued for deposits under any circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows.

2. Service Refunds

Because our services are performed in person and based on time and expertise, we do not issue refunds once a service has been completed.
If you experience any concerns, please notify your technician immediately so we can address the issue during your visit.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule their appointment one time without losing the deposit if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

• Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice is treated as a cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited.

4. Retail Products

• Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with a receipt.

• Used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

5. Gift Cards & Packages

• All gift cards and prepaid service packages are non-refundable.

• They may be transferred to another person with written approval from the purchaser.

6. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled at the discretion of the technician.
The deposit will not be refunded in these cases.
